Anna Kallschmidt

Dr. Anna Kallschmidt earned her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Florida International University. She is a cishet White woman living with disabilities. One of her most salient identities is transitioning from a rural, southern, conservative, Catholic childhood to becoming a social justice researcher, forever student, and educator. Her mission is to approach organizational consulting through the lens of “every project is a DEIA project.”
